1 Vertical type structure: Adopt vertical turn plate structure instead of the traditional horizontal type structure of laying-up machine, which highly expands the setting space of equipment. Large diameter turn plate meets the requirement of loading large pay-off bobbin which highly increases the producing range of submarine cables. The max. single wire diameter is up to 90mm, the max. laying-up diameter is up to 240mm, the max. length of producing 110KV is up to 15km.
2 Steady supporting: Adopt turn plate with external tooth (including large size plane bearing) to support the center of vertical cage. Adopt conical rollers which are fixed on the ground turn plate to support the external circle of ground turn plate. The compression spring between the roller holder and ground turn plate. Roller orbit is fixed on the ground. Such designs ensure the reliability of smooth running of machine.
3 Advanced electric control system: Adopt DC motor with imported DC speed regulation device for vertical stranding cage and main transmission motor.
Adopt imported PLC to command and coordinate the whole line, which ensure the synchronous running and the accuracy stranding pitch. Adopt imported 10.4 inch colorful touch-screen to display and set on line technical data, which is which is convenient in operation and maintenance.
