1 Non sliding type drawing: Every drawing capstan is driven by individual motor. Dies arrangement is flexible.
2 Torque type motor control mode: Wind wire around drawing capstan in several circles, which ensure the wire has little slide on the drawing capstan and guarantee the good surface quality of wire.
3 Cooled sufficiently: Adopt inside and outside water circulation system to cool the drawing capstan. The sufficient cooling avoid the wire overheat and improve the drawing speed effectively.
4 Long service life of drawing capstan: The surface of drawing capstan is painted with tungsten carbide and processed by grinding treatment, which guarantee the long service life of drawing capstan.
5 Excellent function of take-up: Adopt entirety movable type traverser. The power transmitted through ball screw, which ensures the machine moves smoothly. Its self-lock function ensure the accuracy of traversing and avoid capsize of wire.
6 Advanced electric control system: Adopt DC motor and imported DC speed regulator to control the running of motor. Adopt imported PLC to command and coordinate the whole line. Adopt imported 10.4 inch colorful touch-screen to display and set the on line technical data.
